Incompetency/poor service!!!
I have tried for how long now to report an "Estate Late" matter to them and to get certain certificates/information from them. Despite sending them the correct documents to verify the Estate Late matter E.L. Faul - I.D. *** 08 8, they send me a response directed to a Ms F. Motala??? I have tried making them aware of their error but they have AGAIN sent me correspondence addressed to a Ms F. Motala. Their service is absolutely shocking, maybe they must ensure they employ competent and suitably trained staff to deal correctly with client queries!!!!!!!
