IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY OPERATION FOR MIDDLE AGED MEMBER DECLINED (***)

<p>I am acting on behalf of my father (member of medical aid) with authorisation number T ********** 6. As per my numerous discussions with Medihelp Call Centre, Autorization department, Members department, Hospital Authorisation department agents and still no outcome on my request or answers or where to go from from here regarding an emergency operation request by the specialist Dr Botha. I have spoken to various agent to come up with a solution to our health issue but to no avail as the reason for the operation being declined is *********. My father is almost 60 years of age and does not abuse the medical aid for no reason and they are currenlty paying almost R6000.00 per month and they were under the impression that they will be covered for any heatlh issue relating to age.</p>
