I have medical aid but still pay everything myself

I am currently pregnant, and have to see my gynae every month. I had a prescription this week, but when I went to a pharmacy to collect it, they told me that my funds were depleted. I emailed Medihelp regarding this. They got back to me, and said that my funds for consultation and acute medicine has been depleted. I received a call from a consultant today, who confirmed this again. I told him that I have to see my gynae still for the rest of my pregnancy, up to November. He said that they would need a letter from the gynae saying that my visits will not just be normal consultations, but follow ups for my pregnancy. Medihelp knows that I am pregnant!!!!! Obviously these visits are follow ups for the pregnancy! And what about the email they sent me saying that I get 12 maternity consultations per family per year
