I have lost job yet they want me to pay for the

I have last year August lost my job bt I tried through uif payments to pay for medical aid since there was still unpaid accounts frm their side thinking that they will settle but didnt until I couldnt afford.i was admitted last year Feb and they have not paid Lancet R848.00 and also my psychologist Anita Pather -R4000 including the previous year 2013 admission as per Anita. I have tried calling them and they tell me I dnt have funds for that since am in neccesse option bt according to my knowledge whenever am admited everything gets covered, and I have been admited years bback and they have Manqoba who was my psychologist back than so now am confused. As for lancet the lady dat I spoke to said the doctor that admitted me was not under naccesse so she was not suppose to ask for bloods which also confuses me I ddnt know for all these years that thing counts even in hospital admissions which means I have to ask doctor if he/she is under naccesse before being attend and mind you am sick..I dnt think thats fair. Now I wrote an email and resigned to medihelp because of loosing job and I told them bt now they want me to pay for canceling yet I stil owe other accounts dat they never paid
