I do NOT Recommend Medihelp

Hi.

I have been battling to get approval for my Husband from the 6'th of March for Theater , Both Myself and the Dr call every day to follow up and you never get a answer.

This is a very traumatic experience as My Husband is still in a lot of pain, and I have to just sit and watch ... I have used so much airtime calling each day, hanging on the line for hours, been sent from pillar to post and not receiving an answer.

My Husband was taken to the Emergency Room by My Son on the 15th of February already because he could not move, from there we have been waiting and waiting and waiting.

I do not recommend Medihelp !!!
