I do not owe you

i was with medihelp and i went on maternity leave and was unable to pay my monthly fee my account was then stopped i sent in an email to which nobody re**** stating that il pay n they must ton stop the medical aid. as hey did stop it i decided to change the lady called me about the outstanding amount and we resolved the issue i told her about the mail and she said i must forward it to her she will see why nobody responded. after that they activated the service again and i was never notified. now i have to pay for all those month??? im sorry i wont you guys are not professional and your staff is slacking
