I am cancelling

I was admitted to hospital due to lung infection and swineflu that came out of nowhere. 1 day. Before medical aid kicked it they refused to pay my dr bills, my tests and physio. I sat in the hospital didn't know what was gonna happen then boom refused to pay total of 6000.00 but they take their share every month my broker can't even help me I'm out of pocket stuck with bills but I've been paying them they even refuse to pay it from the savings I have... I mean what the hell. To think when I was born my mom was on medihelp 30years ago what went wrong with medihelp can you not plan ahead for when you customers have emergencies? Please don't reply to this post if its not to reimburse me. You have caused nothing but financial struggle in my household.
