Huge disappointment.

I have made an addition to my dependants. on 25 November 2024 i paid my normal subscription for the end of November 5706 end of December the addition cost me 900 so 6606 goes off. January comes they suspend my account saying i owe them 1600 for fees that is going up effective 1 January 2025 but need to be paid December because you paying in advance. have your heard such *******.

My two year old is sick I've been with medihelp for at least 4 years now. i must fork money out of my pocket to pay doctors when i pay these people money every month.
