Hospital Plan
I had a hospital plan with Medihelp that i have not used and experienced financial problems and decided to stop it. today i received a call from Ms Vorster informing me that even though i am having financial problems, and not able to continue with the hospital plan, i am still liable to pay an amount of R4560.00. why am i liable to pay that amount when i have never made use of your hospital plan.
