Hospital Authorisation
I have been waiting for an authorisation number for a week now. Every time I call they tell me not to worry and they are just investigating. I hear they are investigating my depression medication and apparently now some cancer. I am going for an operation tomorrow to remove a Cyst. I cant understand what could be the problem. They are pathetic. I have never had this issue with Discovery ever or with any other medical aid I have ever been on. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!
