Horrible Customer Care

I should have searched for reviews on this medical aid before signing up with them. Their customer care is highly unprofessional and rude. You are more likely to get a response from speaking with a rock than with their customer care. And it seems there's no mechanism to escalate issues. Fortunately I was disappointed before my medical needs got serious, it would have been horrible to be met with this type of bad service when I urgently need assistance. If you are searching for a reliable Medical Aid or atleast one that doesn't take weeks before responding to your queries, Medihelp is not it. I am regretting signing up with them.
