Please give me a logical explanation as to why a medical aid has the right to have exclusions on things that comes from your savings. Why can I not get a much needed nebulizer on my medical aid. I need to first pay for it and then I need to claim it from the medical aid. Why all this run around for something that will come from my savings in any case. I pay my medical aid every month yet you have the right to restrict me. Who is heavens name has between R550 and R2000 just lying around to pay for things that is needed.

There are medical aids that I know of that you can get a nebulizer, blood pressure machine and more directly at the pharmacy without having to pay for it first.

You as a medical aid are pathetic
