Greedy medical aid by far

By far the worse medical aid by far. All they concerned about is money. Had to cancel my medical aid due to the lockdown and not getting full sarary. Made arrangements to pay off the last installment. Installment is up to date, not behind, but yet I get threatened with emails on how they would hand me over for not paying, and not keeping to the arrangements?? Amount was R3800,currently it's R1100.00. So if I have not been making payments, then how has the amount gone down? Medihelp stop being greedy.
