Good but .... be aware of the dark places!

We have had excellent service from Medihelp over several years, however, I do need to mention a few things that we are totally unhappy about and you need to be aware of: 1. Medihelp at times provided false or conflicting messages about benefits, especially when related to PMB's. Ensure you know your own facts and don't be bul**** by Medihelp as it will cost you in time and emotional stress to resolve!

2. Medihelp record everything, but God help you if you want a copy of that, which is your legal right. They will make it their mission to go to the n-th degree to prevent you from getting it. Actually just shows they are hiding stuff and won't hesitate to use those recordings against you. But you won't have the right to use it against them. They say it's for "quality control purposes" until they have to prove you wrong and them right! Which is beyond deceptive and *********.

3. Communications from Medihelp to you will be in the form of an anonymous entity. ie. You have NO IDEA who you are actually speaking to in an email as Medihelp consider you a number and nothing more. Even if you request a senior person to contact you ... it most likely won't happen as YOU are NOT important enough for them to call you.

Other than this, good medical aid and I will recommend them. Just be aware of the above!
