FRUSTRATED

I am on the Necesse plan, My 6 year old daughter has a condition with her new "adult" teeth, I think its called Hypomineralisation or de-mineralisation. This is a developmental problem and We need to fix these teeth urgently. Problem is now, this is a network plan. I went to a dentist on the network (Dr Adel Roussouw)and they told me what the problem is BUT cannot help me in the chair because my child is too anxious. The only solution is to Either go to theatre and fix in hospital under conscious sedation or call an anethetist out and fix in the chair. This doctor gave me the quote and DRC declined. When I called DRC they said its because she is over the age of 5. I asked for help with motivation, the dentist said we will need to do it in consulting rooms but no one is able to help me get motivation to give medical aid and they want me to apply for all of this. They were only willing to give me quotes (which they made mistakes with) and I had to keep calling to beg for help with the correct quotes, and I had to also ask the anaethetist for their quotes on my own as well. They made EVERYTHING MY PROBLEM. They only wanted to book the theatre or the anathetist. No help with auth. I phoned DRC a few times as well for advice, they just say I must send documents though for approval. The one lady did attempt to help but did not want to give me clear answers. I then resorted to going to a second network dentist yesterday Dr Crhrizell Hanekom at Menlyn Med. I went there because they do laughing gas and I thought I will be able to at least pay for the laughing gas myself if Medihelp doesn't, this is not as expensive as the conscious sedation. THIS CONSULATION IS NOW GOING TO BE OUT OF MY OWN POCKET BECAUSE I USED MY 1ST AND ONLY CONSULATION ON A USELESS DENTAL PRACTISE ALREADY (Thanks to Medihelps list of Network dentists) The dentist said my child is too anxious and needs to be done under conscious sedation. She does not do this regularly enough and has to refer me to a different dentist who does work with conscious sedation, BUT NOT ON THE NETWORK (Dr Monique Grobler at Waterkloof Dental Studio). She also told me that at Menlyn med only does white fillings and Medihelp only covers silver fillings and wont even pay a portion. So please Medihelp, How do I proceed from here? I will now need to see dentist number 3, again out of my own pocket which is extremely unfair, also not guarantee they will help me. If I go to the non network dentist you wont pay them a penny, so which Network dentist will help me??? I called medihelp earlier today 15/10 again and spoke to one of the Medihelp consultants because DRC is not helpful AT ALL. The consultant was very helpful and listented to my problem, and said he would speak to someone senior at DRC for advice. I have not heard anything yet. PLEASE ADVISE ON WHICH DENTIST WILL ACTUALLY HELP ME, HOW CAN I GET THIS DONE UNDER CONSCIOUS SEDATION. AND IF ALL THESE DENTISTS ONLY DO WHITE FILLINGS WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO FIX MY DAUGHTERS TEETH WITH?
