Fed up with Medihelp

Been with Medihelp for many years and it just seems to get worse and worse. My daughter is being treated at Melomed Hospital in Tokai as we live n Muizenberg so it's fairly close. Was just told that if she needs to be kept overnight she will need to be transferred to Vincent Palloti or Melomed Gatesville which are both out of the way. On our plan Melomed Tokai is 1 of 3 hospitals we can go to but to be sent to a different hospital should the need arise to overnight is really pathetic. Really dissatisfied and dissapointed with Medihelp as we are paying for a service and they just choose to not deliver.
