False promises and information
I am highly upset with medihelp. I phoned to informed them that my doctor want to do a helicobacter pylori testin me. So I asked if I need to get approval for the test, I was informed no approval is needed I can just go with my doctors letter and get it done. Know that I have went for the test. They simply dont want to pay for it. Full of stories I am highly upset with this medical aid every time there is an problem. So sick of it!!!
