Fail to deliver
My daughter is diagnosed with severe epilepsy and had a growth removed from her brain in 2015 and so she is now in need of medication to keep her from collapsing her neurosurgeon prescribed Depaquel 50mg, Rivotril 2mg, Epilizine 50mg, Keppra 250 mg and Strattera 40mg, which medihelp supp**** the first time and it has been put on Chronic medication we previously have been on Discovery medical aid where there have been no problem supplying the medicine on Chronic as we went on 24 March 2016 to receive the tablets have found that the medication has been denied on Chronic on the fact that a GP has wrote out the medication due to the fact that seizures are eminent to happen without medication without the use of the medication and today 25 March 2016 my daughter had a sudden seizure and banged her head open and needed to be hospitalised. I am saddened as a parent and a member to find that it's so difficult to get a proper medical aid who feel for members and the medication a GP won't just write if it was not necessary I haven't used the medical aid once this year because I believe our children comes first to find that we are denied chronic medication at a price that could cause death
