EXPENSIVE BUT USELESS MEDICAL AID

Medihelp is a **** and will leave You hanging when You need them the most. I am going for hip replacement surgery and they asked Me to only go to the Hospital on the day of the surgery. I am limping and under severe pain but I am expected to be at the Hospital at 6:00am. The hospital agreed for Me to go day before so long it is in the afternoon but because they don't want to pay for the bloodwork that needs to be done that day they are refusing to amend the authourisation. Told Me to use my Day to Day funds for the bloodwork. They always have a co-payment in any procedure and their PMB's and yet they are sooo expensive. This is my last Year with Medihelp they have poor service
