EXCLUSION ON MEDICAL AIDS

Good day, after consideration of the medical aid, we decided to stay with Medi-help and add mother on the medical aid. After adding her there is a waiting period of 3 months for Bronchitis on the medical aid. On the 1 November her lung collapsed and the medical aid is telling us that there is no emergency treatment for hospital and take her to the state hospital? Why do we need to add and pay double the payment on the medical aid monthly??? MEDI-HELP WANTS TO MAKE MONEY AND WE NEED TO PAY THE HOSPITAL BILL OF R220000. Typcial medical aid's in SA. Overcharge us!!!! MAYBE WE SHOULD CANCEL FROM MEDI-HELP THEY DEFINITELY NOT ASSISTING AND NO ONE IS CALLING BACK! NO MANAGER.
