Exclusion of Son's condition from aid

After our son tried to commit suicide the medical board of Medihelp decided to exclude his condition from the aid for a year, the Dr at Denmar clinic Pretoria wanted to admit him urgently, it took them almost a week and a half just to come back to me and tell me that psychiatric treatment on the aid will be excluded for a year , they do not care if he commits suicide , this is to me disgustingly bad un professional behaviour from so called Dr's and so on , on their Board to decide this, I would actually like to take the matter even further if anybody reads this and can assist me with this.
