Excluding items necessary for the operation

Good day <br> <br> Once again I have to complain about Medihelps service.<br> <br> The camera that the doctor will use during the operation, you people have decided to exclude it?????? how can you exclude something that is vital to the operation.<br> <br> I want this approved ASAP!!!<br> I even had to make a previous complaint just to get the operation approved.<br> Looks like Medihelp wants you to pay every month but always has an issue when someone needs to claim!!!!<br> <br> I am disgusted in how im being treated and Medihelp should really work on their bad attitudes<br> <br> SORT THIS OUT!!!n I pay more than enough so make sure that item gets approved
