Exceptional costumer care from Elmarie
What a refreshing experience! A huge shout out to Elmarie from the help desk, I encountered problems with redeeming a prescription at a pharmacy, she went the extra mile and then some to sort out the dilemma. Elmarie is a true gem and an asset to the Company to be proud of.
