Excellent Membership Service
<p>I received excellent membership service from Rosie at Medihelp's customer care centre today. She was knowledgeable on the process queried and very committed to having my query addressed and resolved speedily. Most medical aid companies do not take members as seriously once they have signed up with the scheme, but Medihelp delivers committed customer service from the point of sale through to long term members and clearly values client retention and five star service.
