Excellent Customer Care and Patient Care

Medihelp has actually treated us good so far. We joined Medihelp on 1 April 2023 (we left fedhealth for medihelp, after 15yrs with fedhealth, fedhealth just seriously dropped in standard and customer are, they're now the pits). I got nervous when we saw the many negative reviews against Medihelp on here. But, my fears were trampled. My mother whose a pensioner now and never been sick to the point of hospitalisation in all her life suddenly needed unforseen and unexpected hospitalisation in May 2023. Medihelp immediately assisted, covered everything, even waived a 35% co-payment after we raised an objection. The lady who assisted us was very patient, understanding, professional and helpful. My mom called me after the procedure to say the hospital treated her like a queen because she was on Medihelp (we stay in different Provinces). Thank you Medihelp.
