<p>Always being super careful when doing any online payments, I slipped this one time, realising I used an incorrect account number with my payment to Medihelp.</p> <p>When I realised what has happened I immediately called Medihelp for assistance where they told me I should call my bank seeing the transaction was never completed.</p> <p>After spending hours on the phone trying to figure out what the solution to my slip up was, I eventually came across great customer service, something scarce these days, when I called Medihelp's call centre I ended up speaking to a lady called Ulrika. She immediately responded telling me what the next step is. Within a few hours I knew what was going on and by the help of this angel of a lady my problem was solved. </p> <p>So grateful for great service. </p>
