I came across the below and on point, you will get charged for anything and everything service from Medihelp is terrible, I was notified 4 months after my debit order had a bounce that I must pay it but ALSO CHARGE THE interest which they said it must also be paid, Its not my fault i was notified late as I was changing over medical aids, as Medihelp increase is crazy with no service, I then paid the full amount with in the same month, i now get handed over for the interest payable, ill rather die before paying Medihelp, the thing is this starts with Management and people hiding behind there emails

**I wonder if I can give a zero rating cause that’s what they deserve. If you are looking for a medical aid don’t go with Medihelp. You will be tied up with red tape for days. And don’t even try to get hold of Management. I don’t think there is any.**
