Don't join medihelp

If I could give zero start I would. Worst medical aid ever. Take forever to pay out and they barely pay anything. I have had an issue with payouts and when you call you get put on hold the whole time because they don't know how to help you or answer basic questions. They don't listen when I explain my issue and I have to explain over and over again to multiple people as well. They take months to respond to emails if they ever do. The staff is also very unhelpful and ***********. The one person told me that they paid out the 31st of June, but June does not have 31 days. And also it's the 15th of July and they still have not paid out. I wish I read the reviews before I joined. Don't join medihelp. I am going to look for another medical aid.
