Don't bother joining.

I am not even a member of this medical scheme yet and already I am furious. I app**** for membership having been on a medical aid consistently before. Now I am told that that I will only be covered for emergency services for a period of 3 months. The reason being that I am on cholesterol medication even though it is not very high. I will not be receiving any other benefit. I can understand if it was only for my medication but for everything else. Then I never received the notification even after I requested that it be sent through again. If this is what I can expect from you, I would rather stay where I am. Thank you but no thank you. And your call centre does not provide any answers either.
