doesnt want to pay???

Maybe someone will act after this complaint, i was admitted to flora clininc because i was bleeding, so the Dr needed to see what was wrong, where the bleeding is coming from, so he started with treatment and a G and C scope, because i dont know what is wrong this was needed to be done and according to me this is part of my benifit for hospitalisation so the medical aid needed to cover and pay for this out of my hospitalisation limit, and this is not happening, so now im getting a bill for R2500 because of the scope. (levy). i am not a Dr i was sick and bleeding myself to death and then medihelp worry about R2500 for a scope, every month i pay over R4000 i do not deduct for there bad service but now they want me to pay R2500, comon this is not fair. i agree if i wasnt bleeding i would have then pay R2500 but because i lost so much blood and i was weak i feel Medihelp need to come to the party and cover this. i already pay R6500 for a Dr they also did not cover so do i need medical aid if i need to pay all these extra costs they dont cover? i really need this to be paid because i do not have R2500, and cant afford more Dr's dept.
