Do not join Medihelp medical scheme

Trying to get pre-authorization for a surgery that is urgent. All necessary documents submitted, but still no actual help. Countless calls made, with no one answering. And those who do answer calls cannot help either because they do not work in the pre-authorization department. This is ridiculous!!
