DO NOT GO WITH MEDIHELP!

Cancelled my medical aid with them, there is a co payment for everything and now they want me to pay for a subscription after the month that I have canceled. There is no refund for funds not used so its money down the drain. Worst Medical aid by far, do not be fooled by what they can off you. How can you give a family of 4 a day to day benefit of R2600? 1x Doctor visit cost +- R600 that is without medication and then you must still pay a co- payment. This is a hospital plan cover with some day to day cover which is great, so I took my wife to hospital after she was in a huge amount of pain. When arriving at the hospital a network hospital I had to pay R2000 upfront before they would look at her even thou this is a hospital cover, post that when she needed to go for xrays I had to pay out of my pocket for that too. So ask yourself what is point of having a hospital plan then. Ridiculous to say the least. DO NOT GO WITH MEDIHELP!
