DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF!!!

Moving from Discovery to MediHelp was the worst decision that I have ever made, they are by far the worst provider in South Africa and always have excuses...

From walking into a pharmacy and getting my chronic medication with no issues to moving to MediHelp and being forced to pay a 80% Co-payment for an approved chronic medication.

Their MediPost process is the most ridiculous and backwards process I have ever seen and makes no sense to the consumer. As a process expert, I get sick to my stomach at the thought that the MediHelp executives think this is a fair and smooth process when in fact, even **** is more useful than this process.

I have been a customer for only a single month and am officially giving my months notice period, going back to discovery, MediHelp can close down and no one will bat an eye, NEVER AGAIN!!! SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT SUPPORT A **** BRAND LIKE MEDIHELP
