Distgusted

My daughter joined medihelp as a student . She sent them all relevant documents ad requested. About a year later they increased her premiums to an adult which was about R500 more than student rates . She called them to query this and submitted the relevant documents again but the premium was unchanged . I told her to cancel her membership with medihelp .She then cancelled and made payment arangements to pay the amount owing . This amount is not the student rates but normal rates . She has been paying this amount every month and hs not skipped a payment ,but gets a letter from medihelp informing her that if the entire amount is not settled they are handing it over to legal departement .This is absolutely pathetic please could you look into this .
