Dissapointed!!!!
I am totally stunned that we have to pay in so much at hospitals despite of the fact that you pay half your salary towards a medical aid! They decide doctors charge too much, hospitals use instruments they do not want to pay, bloodtests in hospital are just being rejected. And then you must pay EXTRA for gap cover because of Medical Aids that does not care but than to take your money every month. And gapcovers also does not want to pay even if they have to!!. Must we now just cancel our medical aids to pay all the acc they do not want to pay? Must we all take our children and the elderly now to provincial hospitals?????? I had my experience with them that is why I took this medical aid and now what????
