DISHONESTY

You authorized a procedure for my wife to get a scan and after the scan was done you withdraw the authorization because we are on a waiting list and we are not on a waiting list on our membership certificate there are no exclusions or waiting periods for any thing. My wife had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital.

You better sort this out or I will take it further to the ombudsman for medical aids. I was told that medihelp are one of the best medical aids but clearly they are not and also not very honest. No wonder the service provider had so much to say about medihelp.

You have 48 hours then this matter will be resolved or i will never again do business with medihelp. If the medical aid can not be trusted then there is no use for being on it.
