DISGUSTING SERVICE!
I have been a member with Medihelp since December and CANNOT wait to leave! I have had nothing but trouble with them. The Customer Service is atrocious! I keep getting conflicitng messages on what is and isnt paid and I have just been so unhappy. Dont recommend this medical aid AT ALL!

I am STILL appalled at Medihelp's lack of Customer Service and simple no care attitude!
Firstly, you need to re-train your call centre to give out the CORRECT information when asked if a COVID test will be covered so as NOT to mislead a person!
Secondly, WHY am I paying YOU a fortune EVERY month thinking that if any of may family lands up in Hospital it will all be covered - AGAIN being misled, I am now R 10 000 out of pocket because my "HOSPITAL PLAN" doesn't cover 3/4 of the bills! WHY is it a HOSPITAL PLAN then!
Thirdly - you call yourselves Medi"Help" yet I have had NO help whatsoever! I shudder to think what would happen if we were admitted into Hospital - what would our bills be then!?
