DISGUSTING
6 days later and my application form for a new born is still not attended to. I have filled in 4 different forms, spoke to 4 different people, sent the form 4 different times AND STILL NOTHING.
And this new baby needs medical intervention. And here Medihelp is playing possum. Imagine claims point.
Next stop is Ombudsman. I'm sick of this
Such disgusting service.
