Disgusted by Medihelp's incompetencies, chronic meds authorised for non-member

I've not being a member of Medihelp since 1 April 2018, to my shock, on Tuesday, 27 November I received vindication delivery by Ram company. The package remains sealed, urgently collect this medication which I don't know how does medication gets authorised for a non member. I've not used hello Peter since I left m Medihelp and I'm disgusted that I find myself compelled to do so by the same Medihelp that I got to know hello Peter and CMS because of their incompetencies
