DISGUSTED

I can't even begin to describe how disappointed and hurt I am by this medical aid people. They have managed to turn my life upside down and now I've decided, for the sake of not being blacklisted, I'm going to pay the monies they claim is owed by me. They refused to send me my welcome pack, UNTIL AFTER I had cancelled the medical aid, then after I cancelled, they decided to EVENTUALLY send me the welcome pack then claim that the cancellation had not happened... What? I now have to pay coz they have *********** staff member? Wow... For the sake of not being blacklisted, I've decided to pay but I'm unhappy and wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. I'm beyond disgusted!!! Beyond!!!
