Disappointment

We've been clients of medihelp for over 20 years now. We are only on a hospital plan, meaning only covering things done in hospital. 4 babies everything covered. Now for the second time in a row, I need to go for a live threatening procedure. And they don't pay a cent. Because it's not on the list of what they do cover. Hospital plan = Everything in hospital. At this stage it's the worst medical aid you can choose. Paying fees every month and have absolutely no benefit in hospital anymore. So so disappointing and a disgrace.
