Disappointed with Medihelp

When we looked to join a medical aid, Medihelp said all the right things so we decided to go with them. We are on their hospital plan which includes benefits like medication for chronic illnesses. My 5 year old daughter has suffered for a while now with her breathing at night, so bad at times that we've had to turn the hot shower tap on to steam up the bathroom and sit in there until her air way opened up. Our family doctor put my daughter onto chronic asthma medication which really helped, but when we sent the forms through for Medihelp to cover it, they REJECTED our claim. We tried taking our daughter off the medication as it's a big financial strain on us, but she went straight back to her breathing struggles. We've managed to scratch money together to pay for the medication this month. We are very disappointed with the service we've received from Medihelp regarding this matter.
