Disappointed!!!

Medihelp's service has really become very disappointing. It takes forever for queries to be responded to and when they do respond, the response is of such a sub standard nature that it is clear that the person on the other side has not app**** their mind to the issue.

These days all they do is decline with no real reason. What used to be covered for PMB has changed and does not make sense. It seems as this business is only about money and not about the client's well being.
