Deduct higher amount after letter said we can't change option
I have asked to move to another option and was sent a letter that it can't be done. Now they deduct the amount for the higher charges after the decline letter was sent. No what now? Sent letter do another. Please move me to the network option because you can't sent letter say they won't allow ot and then go and deduct the no network amount. People are suppose to buget for it.

04 Jun 2020, 14:48Good day On the letter attached there is no indication what request is not permitted. It is misleading. Unfortunately that will stand no ground without specification to what you refer to as not permitted.
Secondly the savings account for the no network is higher than the network. Nothing more was allocated to my savings account. Please refer to https://www.medihelp.co.za/docs/default-source/plans/2020/medihelp-benefit-options.pdf page 6 that says principle member plus child is R6 408 per year where on the network it is R5 040. Can I please clarification about this ?
Secondly the savings account for the no network is higher than the network. Nothing more was allocated to my savings account.
