They do not fail to deduct the monthly instalments, but when you need a service provided there are issues, they don't cover even common dentistry. Everything requires co-payment. I cancelled my membership in July, they deducted the last installment in August, a week ago they sent me a message to pay R2160, do you think I work to just transfer money to you. I was advised that I have R8000 saving which all claims need to come from, since the beginning of the year, I haven’t been allowed to claim even R3000. From January till August, they have deducted over R28800 from me, but I haven't been allowed to even use up to R3000, now you send me a message to pay you R2160. I am not going to pay anything; this is daylight *******. You cannot continue to rob people like this, this is not right.
