Complaint with Hedihelp

Medihelp never sold me the plan I am currently on explaining the medication ordering process. When I needed my medication, after them confirming every chronic medication I take is fully covered, they told me about the convoluted ordering process which takes a minimum of 5 working days to deliver through medipost to a doctors office in your area. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my medication and am paying a huge amount of money weekly to get my medication along with the medical aid premium. When I went to collect my medication from Clicks they told me not a cent is being covered by medihelp. I have paid over R1100 for my medication so far as well as my R2387 premium.

I wanted to upgrade my plan as I needed added benifts and they never got back to my broker and it's been a week. In this time I now only have medication for 3 days.

I am appalled at their ********** customer service and will make sure none of my contacts join their schemes as they are a ******* and treat their customers pathetically.
