Complaint

I’m so disappointed with Medihelp. I cancelled my Membership with them from 1 August 2024 and served a notice. They deducted last contribution end August 2024. On the 25 September 2024 I received a statement that I owe them R2016.00. After contacting them to query the amount I received another statement that the amount was adjusted my balance is R0.00. The attorneys contacted me on the 27 September, I shared the adjusted statement with them. They never came back to me. On the 9 December I received a call from The same attorneys that I’m handed over by Medihelp on the 09 December for the same amount . I shared the same statement again, they didn’t respond to my email. To my surprise I received a statement from Medihelp yesterday that I owe them the same amount that was adjusted in August 2024. This Medical aid is a ****.
