Claim incorrectly processed
A claim was incorrectly deducted from my Day-to-day benefits instead of my Basket of Care.
I now do not have funds for any doctor's consultations or medication.
I have not received any response via email and would like this mistake to be corrected asap.
Thia is unacceptable
