Chronic Medication promised but not delivered

About two weeks ago i emailed my prescription to Faranani, who promised that i will have my Chronic Meds by Thursday 29 January 2015. I was told that i would get a sms when my meds are delivered. I was waiting patiently for my meds, which did not arrive, so on Monday 2 February 2015 i called Faranani, I could not get ahold of them for them for majority of the day it just rings and no one answers, eventually someone answered about 4pm, the consultant assured me everything is ready to be delivered and i will definately get that sms Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, to date i have not received my chronic medication nor have i received a sms saying its ready for collection. i have tried to call them on Wednesday the entire day no answer and again today no answer. This is really pathetic service, medihelp need to change the way they send out chronic medication, as Faranani is really useless. It is really pathetic service. I have run out of my chronic medication and cannot get it over the counter. Is medihelp or Faranani going to pay for medical expenses should i get very ill reason being i did not take my chronic meds. Seriously Medihelp needs to really look into this its not workin
