CHRONIC MEDICATION

<br> I have been a member of Medihelp for years, on the Necesse option. I am very clued up about what the medical Aid covers and what not, and I always felt that Medihelp offered excellent service and coverage for the option type.<br> In January of this year I decided to upgrade my option type to the Prime 3 Network option. This has proven to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Faranani is totally useless - they send the wrong stuff at the wrong time and then all of a sudden there are levies of hundreds of rands, which is ******* on chronic medication. I have emailed and phoned and even been to the Medihelp offices, they just shrug their shoulders and say they know Faranani gives bad service, but NOBODY DOES ANYTHING ABOUT IT. they phone and say they will fix my prescriptions and problems, and then NOTHING HAPPENS. it is now over five months later and STILL I am struggling. I have been FORCED to change to the regular option, although it will cost me even more expensive for the medical aid, but I am looking for other options now with other medical aids. I cannot believe the way they just shrug their shoulders about Faranani's bad service and CONTINUE to use them regardless
